General Information
Office Staff
We are extremely proud of our office
staff. Our secretaries and medical assistants are familiar
with orthopaedic terminology and will assist you
whenever possible. Our billing staff has twenty years
of experience in billing and insurance procedures and
are available to answer any specific billing questions.

Monday 9am to 5pm
Tuesday - Friday 8am - 5pm

All office visits are
by appointment, and we ask that you call in advance so
that we may reserve a time for you. We will make every
effort to accommodate your request whenever possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please
let us know at least 24 hours in advance, so that we can
offer the appointment to someone else who needs it.
When scheduling an appointment or at the time of your
visit, please let our receptionist know of any change in your
name, address, telephone number or insurance coverage.
Emergencies
In case of emergency, one of our
orthopaedists is available 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. You can reach us through our answering service.
For non-emergency problems, please attempt to call
during regular office hours. This is more efficient and
allows us to answer your questions more accurately.
Prescriptions

Prescription refills may be requested
during regular office hours. Please allow 24 hours for
prescription orders to be placed. This allows us to review
your record and better serve your needs. Please have the
name of the medication and dosage available.
Test Results
You will typically be notified of test
results at your next follow-up appointment. You will,
however, be notified of any abnormal findings requiring
immediate attention as soon as they are received.
Payment
Please be advised that copays are due at the time of visit. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. We do not accept American Express. Please check with our office for more information on bill payment options.
Insurance
We accept all major insurance plans.
Please contact your insurance provider for your plan’s
requirements for physician referrals and other restrictions.
For those insurance plans with a co-payment, it is
expected at the time of the office visit. Please be advised
that the financial responsibility for a service not covered
by insurance rests with the patient or his or her family.
Parking
Free parking is available. Handicap drop off
is in front of the building, with handicap spaces in the lot.
